17 Mar Office Update (COVID-19)
For the health and safety of our team, and to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of service during these uncertain times, all Watkins Taylor Stone team members will be working remotely.
During this period, please note the following: –
- Our main office number remains active (02 9488 8300) and your call can be transferred to the appropriate team member.
- All incoming and outgoing postal access will be suspended during this period. All written correspondence will be via electronic methods only.
- For clients who historically pay by cheque, we ask that all payments be made via EFT, Bpay or credit card until usual postal access resumes.
- For credit card payments, please contact our office on (02) 9488 8300.
We see this as a time to increase our communication with our clients, so please be sure to pick the phone up and speak to us. We will endeavour to do likewise.

IMPORTANT – TELECOMMUNICATION CAPACITY ISSUES
Please note that with the huge uplift in number of calls to the likes of Centrelink, COVID-19 hotlines, banks and other institutions, combined with many Australians working from home, the domestic telecommunication system is having capacity issues. This results in calls to a valid number not going through at certain times. In the event you are unable to contact our main number, please try again until you are able to get through. Our number remains active and our team is fully operational.
